NetChoice v. Weiser

On July 16, 2026, WLF urged the Tenth Circuit to affirm a lower court decision enjoining a Colorado law that forces social media platforms to discourage underage users from using their products. As WLF’s brief explains, the law may have well-meaning motivations about the welfare of children, but a laudable goal standing alone can’t defeat the strict scrutiny demanded by the First Amendment.
