FS Medical Supplies v. Tanner
On October 6, 2026, WLF urged the Supreme Court to review a Fourth Circuit decision that simply ignored a firm’s U.S. citizenship for purposes of diversity jurisdiction. As WLF’s brief explains, the district court misapplied a 200-year-old rule for determining a business’s citizenship and wrongfully treated a domestic/foreign LLC as a purely foreign national entity.
