Civelli v. Mulacek

On September 24, 2026, WLF urged the Fifth Circuit to reverse a trial judgment riddled with procedural errors and remand for a new trial. As WLF’s brief explains, the district court’s failure to allow unvetted, unreliable, and insufficiently based expert testimony at trial violated the defendants’ due process rights and can’t be squared with Federal Rule of Evidence 702.
