DECIDED

BNSF v. Lynn

On May 4, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review e a Minnesota state court’s claim of personal jurisdiction over a dispute between two out-of-state parties about an out-of-state injury. The outcome was a setback for WLF, whose amicus brief explained that this case offers the Court the chance to fix doctrinal uncertainty plaguing both personal jurisdiction and the scope of the dormant Commerce Clause.
