BNSF v. Lynn

On April 3, 2026, WLF urged the Supreme Court to grant certiorari and reverse a Minnesota state court’s claim of personal jurisdiction over a dispute between two out-of-state parties about an out-of-state injury. WLF’s brief explained that this case offers the Court the chance to fix doctrinal uncertainty plaguing both personal jurisdiction and the scope of the dormant Commerce Clause.
