  • Allyson is a Partner in the Dallas, TX office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Co-Chair of the firm’s nationwide Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group. She serves as a member of both Washington Legal Foundation’s Legal Policy Advisory Board and the Administrative Conference of the United States. Allyson clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Judge Jacques L. Wiener Jr. In addition, she was a Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and Counselor to Attorney General John Ashcroft.

  • Anthony is a partner with Jones Day in its Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on constitutional, appellate, and complex civil litigation. He has successfully briefed several cases in the United States Supreme Court and has argued cases in multiple federal district courts and U.S. Courts of Appeals. He served as a law clerk for Associate Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

  • Roman is a Partner with Latham & Watkins LLP, for which he serves as Global Chair of the Supreme Court & Appellate Practice. He handles civil and criminal matters involving a wide range of constitutional, statutory, and administrative law issues before the Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals, and state appellate courts. Roman served as an Assistant to the Solicitor General at the US Department of Justice, a law clerk to Chief Justice John G. Roberts, and a law clerk to then-Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh of the D.C. Circuit.

  • Zack is Co-Head of the Appeals and Strategic Counseling practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He has argued 13 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, briefed many other Supreme Court cases, filed more than 100 briefs at the certiorari stage, and argued before numerous other federal and state appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Zack served for five years as an Assistant to the U.S. Solicitor General. He was also Special Counsel to the Department of Defense’s General Counsel, and  clerked for Judge Amalya Lyle Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court.
