Allen is a Shareholder practicing in Brownstein Hyatt's Washington, DC office. Skilled at the full spectrum of competition-law issues, Allen often assists clients in developing government relations and public relations strategies in high-profile matters. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and small businesses, consumer advocacy groups and labor unions. He previously spent more than a decade at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, where he led many merger and civil non-merger investigations in radio, television, newspapers, motion pictures and other industries.

Emily is a Shareholder practicing in Brownstein Hyatt's Denver, CO office. She is a versatile securities and antitrust lawyer, who uses her government experience, public policy background and litigation skills to advise clients on high-stakes regulatory enforcement and litigation matters. As a Counsel with the SEC, Emily was a lead investigative attorney working on cases concerning potential violations of federal securities including insider trading, registration requirements, cryptocurrencies and fraud.

Greg is Co-Chair of Brownstein Hyatt’s Government Investigations Practice Group. Prior to returning to the firm this past March, Greg served as Chief Global Compliance Officer for Wynn Resorts. His career in public service includes positions as Nevada’s top federal prosecutor, an FBI senior executive, Inspector General for the U.S. Government Publishing Office, and chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Nevada State Senate. He is a member of WLF’s Legal Policy Advisory Board.
