Description:
As new leadership takes over at the Department of Justice and other federal enforcement agencies, we bring together a panel of experts on areas that most impact free enterprise. Will past be prologue for Trump 2.0 on enforcement, or will a materially different agenda emerge over the coming months? How should businesses with pending matters proceed? And what opportunities exist to shape the enforcement focus? Our panelists will address those questions and more.
