Recorded Webinar—PFAS Legal Risks, 2024: Will Disclosure Mandates and New Rules Widen the Litigation Landscape?

Panelists:

Joel D. Eagle, Partner, Thompson Hine LLP
James C. Fraser, Senior Counsel, Thompson Hine LLP
William J. Hubbard, Partner, Thompson Hine LLP

Description:

The very characteristics that have made substances in the PFAS family—durable, long-lasting, and water-resistant—have attracted escalating regulatory and legal scrutiny involving every branch of government. New and pending disclosure mandates, bans, and exposure limits may put more businesses and entire industries at risk of demonization and litigation. Join us as three attorneys offer:

  • insights from their environmental, toxic-tort, and consumer-protection perspectives,
  • the most up-to-date legal developments with PFAS,
  • their views on what 2024 may bring and
  • tips and best practices to help address these ongoing and future developments.
