Alice is Senior Counsel with Brownstein Hyatt and a former assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security. In that capacity, Alice was the principal advisor to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and senior leadership on all congressional engagements, hearings and matters before Congress. Prior to her service at DHS, Alice served as counsel and chief counsel to senior members of both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

Greg is Co-Chair of Brownstein Hyatt’s Government Investigations Practice Group. Prior to returning to the firm this past March, Greg served as Chief Global Compliance Officer for Wynn Resorts. His career in public service includes positions as Nevada’s top federal prosecutor, an FBI senior executive, Inspector General for the U.S. Government Publishing Office, and chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Nevada State Senate. He is a member of WLF’s Legal Policy Advisory Board.

As co-chair of the firm’s Government Relations Department, Will Moschella leverages his experience in the Justice Department and Congress to counsel clients on a range of matters, including antitrust, financial services, legal reform, intellectual property and criminal law. He served at the Justice Department as principal associate deputy attorney general and as assistant attorney general in the Office of Legislative Affairs. In Congress, Will served on the House Judiciary Committee as chief oversight counsel, chief legislative counsel and parliamentarian.
