Casey is Of Counsel to Redgrave LLP, practicing in its Chicago, IL office. Casey has extensive experience handling complex litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters. He has represented clients in securities, antitrust, and product liability matters, and has served as first-chair in dozens of cases involving securities law violations. Prior to joining the firm, Casey was a senior trial attorney at the SEC, a partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and a law clerk to Judge Jay S. Bybee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Emma is Counsel to Redgrave LLP, practicing in its Washington, D.C. office. She has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation and regulatory matters and advises on developing and implementing comprehensive discovery strategies in litigation matters. Prior to joining Redgrave LLP she was an associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Erica B. Zolner is a partner in the Chicago, IL office of Redgrave LLP and also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Mark co-chairs Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P.’s Washington, D.C.-based Public Policy Practice Group and is a leading national litigator on civil justice issues. He has over thirty years of experience working on civil justice issues and defense litigation. A substantial part of his practice is working to improve the civil litigation environment through state and federal legislation; in the courts through amicus curiae briefs; through legal scholarship and judicial education; and in the court of public opinion. Mark chairs the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Civil Justice Response Committee, serves on the Board of Directors of Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ), and serves on WLF’s Legal Policy Advisory Board.
