Pro Bono Opportunities
WLF impacts major legal policies through an array of well-established advocacy tools. WLF litigates precedent-setting issues before courts and administrative agencies; publishes and distributes timely and influential legal studies; and communicates with policymakers and simplifies legal issues to raise public consciousness and involve citizens in the policy process.
As an independent, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization, WLF relies on the charitable support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and others. Gifts to WLF are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by the law.
Litigation
WLF’s Litigation Division frequently works with outside attorneys who offer pro bono assistance in support of our original and amicus litigation activities. If you share our conviction that a thriving free-enterprise system and limited government are in the public interest, please send an e-mail to Cory Andrews (candrews@wlf.org) indicating your areas of expertise and availability to support our efforts. WLF’s Legal Studies Division relies entirely on the pro bono participation of legal professionals in its production of 50-60 publications each year. Since WLF began publishing 32 years ago, nearly 2,400 different private attorneys, judges, business leaders, legislators, and academics have authored papers in one of our nine distinct publication formats. If you have an idea for a topic, or would like to generally be considered for future authorship opportunities, please contact Glenn Lammi (GLammi@wlf.org)
