Executive Director & Vice President of Legal Studies
Glenn started at WLF in 1992 and has directed our publishing and programs division since 1995. He was appointed Executive Director in February 2021. In his capacity as Vice President of Legal Studies, Glenn is the lead editor of WLF’s blog, The WLF Legal Pulse, and writes regularly for WLF’s contributor site on Forbes.com. He earned his B.A. from Penn State University and his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. During law school Glenn served as a law clerk in WLF’s Legal Studies Division.
