Rutigliano v. Valley Business Forms, et al.

On October 18, 2000, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey issued an order directing the parties to a defunct personal injury lawsuit to continue protecting certain confidential business information from being publicly disclosed. The court adopted WLF’s position that a protective order imposed during civil litigation to protect the interests of the parties does not violate the First Amendment.
