In re INS Proposed Rules Regarding Refugees Who Commit Crimes

In a September 10, 2002 submission to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), WLF urged the INS to adopt rules that would prohibit granting permanent resident alien status to refugees who commit major crimes after arriving in this country.
