WLF Asks D.C. Circuit to Uphold Challenge to FDA’s Appointment of Biased Federal Advisory Committee

On April 27, 2015, Washington Legal Foundation filed an amicus brief in Lorillard, Inc. v. FDA encouraging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to uphold the ability of affected businesses to challenge federal agencies' appointments to federal advisory committees for having financial conflicts of interest.
