WLF presented its annual briefing on the U.S. Supreme Court at its mid-term point this morning to a live in-person and online audience.

Hosted by The Honorable Dick Thornburgh, this year’s program featured commentary on the October 2010 term so far and previewed such key cases as Sorrell v. IMS Health, Wal-Mart v. Dukes, AEP v. Connecticut, Microsoft v. i4i as well as two other IP cases, and cases involving preemption of state suits against generic drug producers.
