The U.S. Supreme Court began its October 2010 term this morning with the first of five days of arguments in October.  For those wanting a brief overview of the major free enterprise-oriented cases the Court will hear (beginning, in our opinion, on Tuesday, October 12 with Bruesewitz v. Wyeth), Metropolitan Corporate Counsel has published an abbreviated transcript of Washington Legal Foundation’s September 16 annual briefing on the forthcoming Supreme Court term.  The transcript is here.  The archived video of our briefing is here.

We also did a rundown of the free enterprise cases to which the Court granted certiorari last week, available here.
