• Russell Bruesewitz, et al., v. Wyeth, Inc. f/k/a Wyeth Laboratories, et al.,
  On July 30, 2010, WLF filed a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court, urging it to affirm the Third Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling that the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act preempts state tort claims against vaccines for design defects.
