Litigation Law Clerk

The Washington Legal Foundation (WLF) seeks part-time law clerks for the fall semester in our litigation division. Public Policy/Legal Studies Volunteer/Internship

The position will expose the student to a broad range of legal and policy issues, enhance research, writing and networking skills, and offer the benefits of working closely with supervisors in a small, collegial office.
Applicants should be ambitious self-starters with excellent research, writing and communication skills, and an interest in the intersection between law and public policy.

Responsibilities include: production of nationally distributed legal policy publications, monitoring and analysis of developments in federal and state courts, legislatures, and regulatory agencies; assistance in setting up and promoting bi-weekly press briefing events, and assistance in outreaching to and expanding Foundation’s national pro-bono network.

Web and Online Communications Marketing

A permanent part-time postion to assist the WLF'S Marketing Department. Applicants should have a basic understanding of marketing principles, an interest in the preservation of free enterprise and interest in marketing. IT Position

WLF seeks a permanent, part-time IT professional to execute WLF's online communications and out reach, including, but not limited to, website updating, and email writing, updating, and delivery. Experience with Raiser's Edge and Sphere marketing program is essential for this position. This position would also include trouble shooting and computer maintenance for the in-house computer stations, including software updating.
