Chief Operating Officer
Sheila first joined WLF as the Director of Development in 2020 and returned as our Chief Operating Officer in 2023. In this role, Sheila works with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director to create, implement, and monitor strategic business plans and related fundraising strategies to ensure WLF can effectively carry out it’s vital work defending free enterprise. Sheila is a proud alumna of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs where she earned a master’s degree in public administration.
