About:
On November 5, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in the “tariff cases,” a pair of landmark separation-of-powers challenges with trillions of dollars and the limits of Executive Branch authority at stake. Our panelists will review all aspects of the cases, from the constitutional theories presented by both sides to the implications for economic and foreign policy, and which justices to watch closely during the arguments.
