Amit R. Vora is a partner at Kasowitz LLP and chair of its appellate and constitutional litigation practice group.

Anthony is a partner with Jones Day in its Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on constitutional, appellate, and complex civil litigation. He has successfully briefed several cases in the United States Supreme Court and has argued cases in multiple federal district courts and U.S. Courts of Appeals. He served as a law clerk for Associate Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Thomas B. Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Josh is a partner with Perkins Coie LLP in the firm's San Diego, CA office. He recently joined the firm after serving seven years as Deputy Solicitor General in the California Department of Justice's Office of the Solicitor General. Prior to that Josh was an associate with a major law firm in San Francisco, a law clerk to Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and a law clerk to Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the U.S. Supreme Court.
