On Wednesday, November 4 at 2:00 p.m., WLF Senior Litigation Counsel Zac Morgan will participate in the Federalist Society’s “A Seat at the Sitting – November 2025” virtual briefing. The monthly event is sponsored by the organization’s practice groups. The panel will discuss, among other cases, Learning Resources/V.O.S. Selections v.
