The first video in WLF’s new “Law Made Simple” video shorts series, which we posted on last week, is now available on YouTube. “The Emergence of Commercial Speech Protections” explains in plain language the U.S. Supreme Court’s journey from not recognizing First Amendment protection for advertising and other forms of “expression related solely to the economic interests of the speaker and its audience” to the heightened protection the Court provides today.
