Corbin Barthold

Corbin is Internet Policy Counsel and Director of Appellate Litigation at TechFreedom. He writes on tech legal, regulatory, and social issues for a wide range of outlets, including City Journal, The Bulwark, Reason, Lawfare, Techdirt, and The Daily Beast. He also hosts the Tech Policy Podcast, where he interviews some of the tech world's best journalists, lawyers, and academics. Corbin previously served as Senior Litigation Counsel at Washington Legal Foundation and as a partner at Browne George Ross LLP (now Ellis George LLP).

Matt Perault

Matt is the head of artificial intelligence policy at Andreessen Horowitz, where he oversees the firm’s policy strategy on AI and helps portfolio companies navigate the AI policy landscape. Matt is also a fellow at the Center on Technology Policy at New York University, the Abundance Institute, and the National Security Institute at the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. He previously served as the director of the Center on Technology Policy at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC), a professor at UNC’s School of Information and Library Science, and a consultant on technology policy at Open Water Strategies. Matt also worked as the head of global policy development at Facebook.
