Michael E. Kenneally

Michael is a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, practicing in the firm's Washington, DC office. He is an appellate lawyer who helps clients tackle complex legal issues throughout every stage of litigation. Before joining the firm, Michael clerked for Justices Antonin Scalia and Samuel A. Alito, Jr. at the Supreme Court and Neil M. Gorsuch at the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also co-teaches a course on statutory interpretation at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

Anne M. Voigts

Anne is is a partner with King & Spalding LLP in the firm's Appellate, Constitutional and Administrative Law Group. She practices in the firm's Silicon Valley and San Francisco, CA offices. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to Justice John Paul Stevens and to Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Anne also previously served for over a decade as a federal prosecutor in the Central and Northern Districts of California.

Prior to opening his law firm, Erik practiced law at Williams & Connolly LLP and served as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas and to U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg.
