On July 13, 2023, WLF Senior Litigation Counsel John Masslon was a featured speaker at a program sponsored by The Committee for Justice and the Alliance on Antitrust, “The FTC in Courts and Congress: Here Comes Trouble?” In addition to panel moderator Ashley Baker of The Committee for Justice, John was joined by Bilal Sayyed, Senior Competition Fellow at TechFreedom. The panel on which John spoke focused on the courts, while another panel focusing on Congress included two Members of Congress, Scott Fitzgerald of Wisconsin and Nathaniel Moran of Texas, as well as former FTC Commissioner Noah Joshua Phillips.
