Corbin K. Barthold

Corbin is TechFreedom's Internet Policy Counsel and Director of Appellate Litigation. He clerked for the Hon. Steven D. Merryday (M.D. Fla.) and the Hon. Robert H. Cleland (E.D. Mich.). After his clerkships, he became an associate, and later a partner, in the Los Angeles office of Browne George Ross LLP, where he engaged in high-stakes complex litigation. He then served as Senior Litigation Counsel at Washington Legal Foundation.

Jessica L. Ellsworth

Jess is a partner with Hogan Lovells LLP practicing in the firm's Washington, DC office. Having argued more than 60 appeals, she focuses her practice on the Supreme Court and courts of appeals. Jess served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Martha Craig Daughtrey of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Rebecca Beach Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a counsel for the Petitioner in "Coinbase v. Bielski," a case in which the Supreme Court will hear oral argument in its current term.

Mark A. Perry

Mark is Co-Head of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s Appeals and Strategic Counseling practice and a member of the Firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. He is a veteran U.S. Supreme Court advocate and legal strategist who focuses on complex business cases in trial and appellate courts around the United States. Mark served as a law clerk to Justice Sandra Day O’Connor of the Supreme Court of the United States, and to Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
