Shay Dvoretzky

Shay heads the Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation Group in Skadden Arps' Washington, DC office. He represents clients in a wide range of appellate matters in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and state appellate courts. He has argued 13 times before the Supreme Court. Shay clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge J. Michael Luttig of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Morgan L. Ratner

Morgan is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP's Supreme Court and Appellate Practice. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Ratner served in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice. During her tenure there, she argued eight Supreme Court cases involving areas of federal law such as securities regulation, bankruptcy, employment, intellectual property, criminal law, and elections law. Morgan clerked for Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. and Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Amy Mason Saharia

Amy is a partner with Williams & Connolly LLP. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. Before joining the firm in 2007, Amy served as a law clerk to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Judge Jon O. Newman. She returned to Williams & Connolly after clerking for Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor from 2010 to 2011.
