Patrick R. Bock

Patrick is a partner in the Brussels, Belgium office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP focused on antitrust counseling and antitrust litigation. He joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2013. From 2003 to 2007, Patrick was resident in the Washington, D.C., office; from 2008 to 2009, he was resident in the Brussels office; from 2009 to 2013, he was resident in the Washington, D.C., office; and from 2013 to 2018, he was resident in the Cologne office.

Marin Boney

Marin is an antitrust and competition partner in the Washington, DC office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Marin regularly represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice in complex merger reviews and government investigations. She also counsels clients on a range of business issues, including joint ventures, pricing, and distribution agreements. Before attending law school, Marin was an analyst at the economic consulting firm Lexecon Inc.

J. Mark Gidley

Mark Gidley chairs the Global Antitrust/Competition practice at White & Case LLP, resident in the firm's Washington, DC office. He served as the Acting Assistant Attorney General for the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division in 1992–1993 with responsibility for all civil, criminal and merger matters of the Division. While serving at DOJ, Mark worked on the development of the DOJ-FTC 1992 Horizontal Merger Guidelines.
