Cory L. Andrews

Cory joined WLF in 2009. As counsel of record for WLF and other clients, he has authored more than 100 briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court at petition and merits stages. Before joining WLF in 2009, Cory practiced trial and appellate law for White & Case LLP, where he litigated in state and federal courts on behalf of clients in the telecommunications, hospitality, and banking industries. Cory is Counsel of Record for WLF's Supreme Court amicus brief in the AMG Capital case.

Ilana H. Eisenstein

Ilana is a Partner with DLA Piper LLP in the firm's Philadelphia, PA office. She is Co-Chair of the firm's Appellate Advocacy Practice. Ilana is a former Assistant to the Solicitor General and a former federal prosecutor with experience at every stage of litigation – from investigation, through trials, appeals, and the US Supreme Court. She is Counsel of Record on an amicus brief filed by the Chamber of Commerce of the USA, the National Retail Federation, and the Direct Selling Association in AMG Capital v. FTC.
