Ann Marie Duffy is a Partner with Hollingsworth LLP. Ms. Duffy has broad experience in the defense of complex civil litigation, including commercial, medical device, fraud, and intellectual property cases. She has substantial trial and oral argument experience, having first-chaired a breach of contract trial and second-chaired others, including a patent trial in the District Court of Delaware in a case where total damages exceeded $2 billion. Ms. Duffy has also briefed and argued appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Mr. Leone’s litigation experience also includes representing a large manufacturer in multiple state CERCLA enforcement actions, Natural Resource Damage recovery actions, and related personal injury/property damage cases in New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina. For 2019, Mr. Leone is named once again to the Washington, DC edition of Super Lawyers. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization, and the Product Stewardship Society.
