WLF Critiques Proposed Changes to Sentencing Guidelines for White-Collar Defendants

On March 18, 2015 Washington Legal Foundation submitted comments applauding the U.S. Sentencing Commission for recognizing the pressing need to reform the current Guidelines for white-collar defendants convicted of economic crimes.
