Media reports in the last several weeks indicate that a resolution to the Federal Trade Commission’s internal deliberation on whether to pursue an antitrust and/or an unfair competition case against Google is drawing near. Other reports indicate that regardless of what FTC decides in the coming days or weeks, those seeking government action will continue to pursue other avenues.
