As noted in this Wall Street Journal Law Blog post, a New York state trial judge dismissed a class action yesterday which had been filed against New York Law School for allegedly inflating its post-graduation employment numbers.  A Legal Pulse post, Are Law Schools the “Next Tobacco” for Class Action Lawyers?, from last week called this and other similar suits into question.  The opinion is here.  If we have relevant thoughts after digesting it, we’ll share them here.
