Last Tuesday, Washington Legal Foundation hosted a program in its Web Seminar Series for a live online audience, Sorrell v. IMS Health Inc.: Health Care Information Comes Before the U.S. Supreme Court

The program is available in its entirety at our online archive here.

A full, edited transcript of the proceedings is available here.

The program offered a range of perspective on the case.  Our participants were Washington Legal Foundation Chief Counsel Richard Samp; Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) Senior Counsel John Verdi; and Deven McGraw, Director of the Health Privacy Project at Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT).

The SCOTUSWiki site provides all of the filings in the case, including the amicus briefs filed by WLF and EPIC which Samp and Verdi discussed during the program.  The IMS Health filings page is here.
