WLF’s Annual Supreme Court Preview Program Thursday, 8:30 a.m.

For the 24th consecutive year, Washington Legal Foundation is holding a media briefing to preview the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court term, with an emphasis on cases that impact America’s free enterprise system.  Our speakers will be addressing cases on arbitration, securities class action litigation, preemption, and related issues, and will also flag pending cert petitions that are worthy of consideration.  The details of the program are below.
