The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will hear oral argument in New York City Monday morning, April 20, at 10 a.m. in Chevron Corp. v. Donziger. WLF has been involved in the case for several years and filed an amicus curiae brief on October 8, 2014, arguing that the district court judgment is well supported by evidence that Donziger engaged in extortion, wire fraud, money laundering, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and bribery of foreign officials.
